EN A chain-of-exchanges game built on mimed balls. Each player invents a specific imaginary ball — football, ping-pong, beach ball, balloon — and develops a full-body, rhythmic relationship with it, complete with its characteristic sound. Through a series of partner swaps the ball circulates around the room; at the end everyone races to reclaim their original ball.

1. Each player imagines a ball of any kind and material. For a couple of minutes they play with it alone, in a repetitive rhythmic action that involves their whole body, while their voice reproduces the sound of that ball.
2. The Joker (facilitator) calls "Find a partner." Each player pairs up and both continue playing with their own balls while closely observing the other person's ball, its motion, and its sound.
3. After about a minute the Joker calls "1, 2, 3 — exchange balls!" Each player instantly takes over their partner's ball, adopting that person's movements and sounds as accurately as possible. Players then move off around the space with their new ball.
4. The Joker again calls "Find a partner" (a different one this time), players observe, and on the next signal they exchange once more. This cycle repeats so that each player ends up with a fourth ball overall.
5. Finally the Joker calls "Get your original ball back!" From this moment everyone continues playing with whichever ball they currently hold while searching for the person who has their original ball.
6. When a player spots their original ball, they go to whoever holds it and say "That's my ball — out you go." That person steps to the side; from there they continue looking for their own ball, and if they find it they claim it in the same way. The game ends when everyone has reclaimed their first ball.
7. If some balls remain unclaimed at the end, trace the genealogy by asking who swapped with whom. Lining up all three "versions" of a ball side by side illustrates how movement and sound mutate through transmission.

1. Каждый участник воображает мяч любого вида и материала. Несколько минут он играет с ним в одиночку: повторяющееся ритмичное движение вовлекает всё тело, а голос воспроизводит звук этого мяча.
2. Ведущий говорит: «Найдите партнёра». Пары образуются, и оба продолжают играть со своими мячами, одновременно внимательно наблюдая за мячом партнёра — его движением и звуком.
3. Примерно через минуту ведущий командует: «1, 2, 3 — меняемся мячами!» Каждый немедленно перенимает мяч партнёра, копируя его движения и звуки как можно точнее. Участники расходятся по залу с новым мячом.
4. Ведущий снова говорит: «Найдите партнёра» — уже другого. После наблюдения происходит ещё один обмен. Цикл повторяется, так что у каждого в руках оказывается в итоге четвёртый по счёту мяч.
5. Наконец ведущий объявляет: «Найдите свой первый мяч!» С этого момента все продолжают играть с тем мячом, который у них в руках, и одновременно разыскивают свой исходный.
6. Найдя своего «первого владельца», участник подходит к нему и говорит: «Это мой мяч — ты выбываешь». Выбывший уходит на край площадки; оттуда он тоже ищет свой мяч и, найдя, забирает его тем же способом. Игра заканчивается, когда все вернули себе исходный мяч.
