EN A group of actors stands on a line of chairs, one person per chair, with one extra empty chair placed at the front of the line. The group advances by continuously passing the empty chair from the back to the front. It is a team coordination exercise that demands collective rhythm and attention.

1. Place a row of chairs in a line. Five or more actors stand on the chairs, one per chair, facing the same direction. One unoccupied chair stands at the front of the line.
2. Each actor shifts one chair forward, so the formerly empty chair is now at the back of the line.
3. The last actor picks up (or passes along) that rear chair and hands it forward, person by person, until it reaches the front again.
4. The newly arrived chair is placed at the front, and the whole sequence repeats — so the row of chairs continuously advances across the room.
5. Keep going until the group finds a steady, coordinated rhythm.

1. Расставьте стулья в ряд. Пять или более актёров встают на стулья — по одному человеку на каждый — лицом в одну сторону. Перед шеренгой стоит один свободный стул.
2. Каждый актёр перемещается на один стул вперёд: свободный стул оказывается в конце шеренги.
3. Последний актёр берёт этот задний стул и передаёт его вперёд по цепочке, из рук в руки, пока стул не окажется в начале.
4. Стул ставится впереди шеренги — и весь цикл повторяется: таким образом шеренга стульев непрерывно продвигается по комнате.
