EN A teammate slowly lowers a hand from just in front of a player's forehead down to their feet while the audience is invited to call "stop" at any moment. Wherever the hand stops — the face, rib cage, pelvis, knees — becomes that player's "body lead": the physical center their character is built around.

How to PlayКак играть

1. A player stands in front of the group.
2. A teammate holds their open hand in front of the player's forehead, palm facing the player.
3. The facilitator invites the audience to call "stop" at will as the hand is slowly lowered from head to foot.
4. Wherever the audience stops the hand — the face, rib cage, pelvis, etc. — becomes that player's "body lead": the physical anchor for their character.
5. The player then builds and explores a character led by that body part.
6. Repeat so that each player receives their own body lead from the audience.

1. Один игрок встаёт перед группой.
2. Партнёр держит раскрытую ладонь перед лбом игрока, повернув её к нему.
3. Ведущий приглашает зрителей крикнуть «стоп» в любой момент, пока рука медленно опускается от головы к ногам.
4. Место, где останавливается рука — лицо, рёбра, таз и т. д. — становится «телесным центром» игрока: физической опорой его персонажа.
5. Игрок строит и исследует персонажа, отталкиваясь от этой части тела.
6. Упражнение повторяется, чтобы каждый участник получил свой телесный центр от зрителей.
