How to PlayКак играть

1. Choose two participants — one is the Questioner, the other is the Answerer.
2. The Questioner asks questions that could logically receive a yes-or-no answer and that build a shared scene.
3. The Answerer must respond to every question with "Yes, but…" and add any excuse that keeps the scene from progressing while still inventing details about what is happening.
4. Questions should build on each other, gradually revealing the scene (e.g. Questioner: "Are you open?" Answerer: "Yes, but there's a power cut and you won't be able to see much." Questioner: "Are you alone in the shop?" Answerer: "Yes, but my pet alligator is with me.").
5. Both players act out the scene physically as they talk.
6. Try to keep the scene going as long as possible.

1. Выберите двух участников: один — Спрашивающий, другой — Отвечающий.
2. Спрашивающий задаёт вопросы, на которые логично ответить «да» или «нет»; вопросы должны выстраивать общую сцену.
3. Отвечающий обязан начинать каждый ответ с «Да, но…» и добавлять любую отговорку, которая не позволяет сцене двигаться вперёд, — при этом придумывая новые подробности о том, что происходит.
4. Вопросы строятся друг на друге и постепенно раскрывают сцену (например, Спрашивающий: «Вы открыты?» Отвечающий: «Да, но у нас отключили свет — вы ничего не увидите». Спрашивающий: «Вы один в магазине?» Отвечающий: «Да, но со мной мой ручной аллигатор»).
5. Оба участника физически разыгрывают сцену по ходу диалога.
6. Старайтесь удерживать сцену как можно дольше.
