EN All players stand in a circle with their eyes closed. The Joker quietly walks behind them and taps one person on the shoulder — that person becomes the secret leader. When everyone opens their eyes, they must figure out who the leader is simply by looking at each other, without speaking. The exercise sharpens group awareness and the ability to read subtle social cues.

How to PlayКак играть

1. All players stand in a circle and close their eyes.
2. The Joker walks silently behind them and touches one person on the shoulder — this person is the leader. The leader must not reveal their role or make it obvious.
3. After a moment, the Joker signals and everyone opens their eyes.
4. Players look at one another in silence, trying to work out who the leader is.
5. After a set amount of time, the Joker asks everyone to point simultaneously at the person they believe is the leader.
6. The group discusses their guesses and the leader is revealed.

VariationsВариации

EN The Joker runs the game twice in a row without asking anyone to voice their guesses until after the second round. In the first round the Joker does not touch anyone; in the second round she touches everyone. Afterwards the group shares who they imagined the leader was in each round, and why.
